11Pro Fitness Story

11 PRO Fitness was created by founder Francis Barilo. Francis played professional soccer in Huesca, Spain. He also played with Allentown United (UPSL, NISA Nation) and FC Ottensoos in Germany.

 Fitness, Nutrition, and overall wellness has always been a big part of Francis’ life.

While playing abroad in Europe, Francis obtained a degree with honors in International Business Management from the European Union Business School of Switzerland and the Universidad Catholica de Murcia, Spain. Francis’ thesis was on the impact of exercise on mental wellness and productivity.
